Details and Conditions of "See You ZERO" (Reservation, Transfer, Installment 0 Baht) Promotion:

Promotion period: March 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026.

The "Reservation, Transfer, Installment 0 Baht" promotion means:

Reservation 0 Baht: Refers to the house reservation fee of 5,000 Baht (excluding the contract fee). The customer is not required to pay this amount to the project.

Transfer 0 Baht: Refers to the free ownership transfer fee; the project will be responsible for this cost.

Installment 0 Baht: Refers to the monthly mortgage installments for a period of 1 year (calculated from LH Bank's initial installment of 2,500 Baht per 1 Million Baht loan x 12 months = starting total of 30,000 Baht*). The project will be responsible for this amount for the customer based on the actual value of each project, deducted from the LTV discount provided to the customer. This value is equivalent to the monthly mortgage payments the customer would have to pay for 1 year.

In the case of unit transfers or name changes in the contract (addition/removal of names), the company reserves the right to cancel the promotion and benefits.
