“THE PALM OWN & GROW” is a marketing campaign name used to promote home loan and business loan programs supported by Siam Commercial Bank. The combined credit limit of up to 150% does not represent the actual amount each customer will receive, as approval depends on individual credit assessment. 1.Promotion period: from 10 April 2026 to 31 June 2026.
2.Customers must reserve and sign the sale and purchase agreement between 10 April 2026 and 30 June 2026, and ownership transfer must be completed by 30 June 2026. Promotional items (if any) will be delivered within 60 days from the transfer date, unless delays occur, in which case customers will be notified individually.
